The K-Town residential workforce development center will house 20 young men from North Lawndale who either have pending or completed cases in the Circuit Court of Cook County. The goal for all residents is to help them transition to independent living, financial independence and healthy lifestyles.

National Public Housing Museum and Residences

Located in the last building of the former Jane Addams Homes, the National Public Housing Museum + Residences details the history of public housing in America. This adaptive re-use project involves the restoration and build-out of a three-story building into 15 affordable apartments on one end and an immersive educational space on the other.

GMA believes diverse hiring practices start at the top of the organization. GMA's leadership team is comprised of 62% Black and 38% women. This level of representation within our own organization ensures our goals are met and there are paths to leadership roles and career advancement for our diverse employees.
