Park Boulevard, located in Bronzeville on the site of the former Stateway Gardens building, is helping restore the Bronzeville community by providing an attractive and affordable mixed-income community in close proximity to downtown Chicago. Phase IIIB includes two five-story apartment buildings each containing 40 units for a total of 80 units. The units include a mix of studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
