There are so many things that this community needs. This development offers a bevy of those things... Pretty soon you’ll be able to walk up and down Ogden and get what you need, similar to what it was 45 or 50 years ago. That’s what I’m most proud of.

Lawndale ReDefined will reignite the Ogden corridor in North Lawndale with space for community gathering, health and wellness, opportunities for homeownership, jobs for today and preparation for the jobs of the future. The project includes a six-story affordable housing tower with 60 units and an extensive site landscaping plan that includes outdoor seating, public artwork, a history trail, and a misting sculpture. Commercial spaces include restaurants, retail, grocery store, and a flexible technology training and events space.
