J. Erik Jonsson Central Library 6th Floor Renovation

GMA completed the 6th floor renovation creating a new space for the City Life, Education, and Work Skills Department providing job seekers with a training center and access to resources to help with obtaining employment. The space is configured to include adult literacy classrooms, ESL/GED classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, computer lab, and numerous study rooms. The project also included an exhibit dedicate to local Dallas visionaries. The scope of work included an interior build-out with minor upgrades to the roof and ADA compliance updates.
