Ebenezer-Primm Towers Senior Housing

Ebenezer-Primm Towers provides affordable senior living in Evanston. Built originally in 1976, the nine-story, 107-unit building offers comfortable and convenient housing and comprehensive senior services for low-income residents including Section 8 PBRA rental housing assistance. GMA completed unit renovations including new kitchen cabinets, appliances, flooring, HVAC upgrades, electrical improvements, and a new roof. The renovation work was completed in phases enabling the majority of residents to remain in-place during construction minimizing tenant moves and disruption.
