Cook County Health at Harrison Square
While every project has its challenges, I have enjoyed working with your team from preconstruction through close-out. Throughout the preconstruction effort, GMA provided budgetary information that enabled CCH to make timely decisions under the compressed project delivery schedule. During construction, communication with your team was open and consistent.

Harrison Square is a 13-acre mixed-used development transforming Chicago’s Illinois Medical District. GMA provided CMAR services for the interior build-out for the new Cook County Health and Hospitals System (CCHHS) offices. The scope of work included transforming more than 70,000 SF of space on seven floors into health clinics and medical offices for CCHHS. The project was delivered on-time and on-budget under a compressed seven-month schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic.
