Babers Manor is the third phase of the Stop Six neighborhood transformation, located in the heart of Fort Worth’s Black community and a touchstone for generations who grew up there. The entire redevelopment calls for 990 rental units of new mixed-income housing on roughly 47 acres. This phase will boldly represent the change and opportunity coming to the neighborhood with 15 new buildings spread across two city blocks. The project includes 80 units in a mix of configurations, as well as a new community center, including a clubhouse and playground.
