Access Health Community Centers

Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) is the Chicago area’s largest provider of community health care with 35 health centers and serves as the medical home for more than 180,000 patients each year. GMA partnered with ACCESS to renovate five health clinics (Austin Family Health Center, Des Plaines Valley Health Center, Ashland Family Health Center, Madison Health Center and Warren Health Clinic) in an effort to increase their service offerings. GMA worked closely with ACCESS’ facilities team to turn conceptual designs into a finished clinic.
