This mixed-use residential project will deliver a much-needed boost to the residents of Humbolt Park, and under-resourced neighborhood struggling with vacancies and gun violence. The building will rise four floors with 60 apartments and approximately 7,700 square feet of retail space including a grocery store and cafe. The project is officially Phius Design certified, which means it provides clean air and energy efficiency within an air-tight, continuously insulated building envelope.
