The GMA / Ujamaa team is excited to announce the award of the East Park SRO Apartment Complex. The 153-unit complex will consist of a complete interior renovation of all units and common area spaces with exterior renovations to include new roofing, masonry renovations, parking lot upgrades and landscaping modernizations. We are looking forward to working with Habitat to deliver a lasting product within this developing community.
