GMA is part of a team providing construction management services to the Tollway systemwide. The work includes all construction management, oversight and documentation required for construction contracts. The M2 Maintenance Facility project will consist of the renovation of a 37,000 SF maintenance facility and a new 13,000 SF addition. The M2 facility is a mechanical maintenance building where the IL Tollway maintains all of its snowplows, trucks, and tollway maintenance equipment. The scope of work will include the construction of a two-story precast & structural steel building that houses several auto lifts and auto equipment.
