The Illinois Route 390 / Elgin-O'Hare Tollway is located in northeastern Illinois directly west of O'Hare International Airport. It connects U.S. Route 20 in Hanover Park to Illinois Route 83 in Bensenville. The entire project includes 17 miles of new roads with 15 new or improved interchanges. Slated to finish in 2020 with the final stage being improvements on Touhy Avenue the entire project has been under construction since 2013.
