The National Park Service has selected GMA Construction Group to deliver the $5.8 million Administrative Building and New Visitor Center at the Pullman National Monument. The scope of work for this historic building includes tenant improvements to the three story administration building, approximately 10,000 SF for the purpose of creating a fully functional public area that will house interpretive exhibits, bookstore, central lobby area, multipurpose meeting rooms, staff offices, and conference space. The project includes new plumbing/fire protection, HVAC, telecom, and electrical systems, and exterior building repairs. This will be GMA’s second historic renovation in Pullman.
