GMA was awarded the JCK IRS Consolidation project for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The project consists of a renovation of 35,000 SF of office space at the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building at 230 S. Deaborn on the 17th and 19th floors. The new space will accommodate office moves for new customers relocating to the building. The scope of work includes the interior build-out of office space, office support areas, and upgrades to the existing electrical, HVAC, lighting, and fire/life safety systems.
