As part of GMA’s Job Order Contract with the CHA, the firm completely renovated the 14-Story Elizabeth Davis Apartment Complex. The scope of work includes complete renovation of the existing bathrooms and kitchens with modifications to the living / dining and bedroom areas. GMA’s scope also involved exterior improvements such as a new roof, pavers / walkways, and parking lot lighting. Work was performed while the campus was occupied, so a focus on minimizing disruptions to the tenants of the building was a priority.
