GMA’s scope for this on-call construction services contract involved all trades including demolition, framing, MEP upgrades, flooring, painting, modular divider walls, and integrated technology. GMA converted a 500 SF space into a comprehensive print shop for office personnel, a 2,500 SF multi-purpose space into a state-of-the-art conference room with technology upgrades and finally, a 1,500 SF multi-purpose space into a full security command center that will house the building’s security team.
