C4 is a leading provider of community-based health services to nearly 7,000 children, adults and families each year. Through the delivery of effective, empirically – supported mental health services, C4 provides people with the tools necessary to improve their health and the quality of their lives.

This project includes an 8,000 SF gut renovation of Community Counseling Centers of Chicago’s (C4) administrative headquarters. The project included the interior and exterior renovation of a one-story masonry building. The program includes the construction of various private offices, conference rooms, reception area and upgrade of existing restrooms. There were minor façade improvements and infills, the addition of exterior lighting and awnings, the replacement of sidewalks and the installation of parkway trees. It included all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well new finishes, windows, roof and storefront systems.
