GMA/Weis is working in partnership with Developer, Jonathan Rose Companies, to deliver preconstruction and construction phase services for the Barbara Jean Wright Court Apartments (BJ Wright), a 272-unit multifamily project. The project consists of a scattered site affordable housing renovation and new construction of an on-site community center. The work will be phased across 27 buildings with residents living in the complex during construction. The buildings will be renovated one at a time with residents vacating the entire building.
