This design-build project is a conversion of an existing Aldi’s Super Market into a 17,990 SF state of the art full service office for a security company. Work includes complete programming, space planning, design and construction document services. The project will include a dispatch area, a situation room, private offices, conference rooms, training rooms, a large break room, a fingerprinting area, and an executive suite.
